RS #1095 seems to be a Seeblau M471 that was for sale by Freisinger in 2015.
I don't know who owns it.
I have both books matching number. My wife arranged to get matching number of first edition as a surprise present when they were first released.
The Porsche main dealer AFN who were retailing the book when first published in ninties were their usual disinterested unhelpful selves she later told me. The guy ( it would be a man not woman ) did a take it or leave it on the non matching number. Undeterred she used her initiative and tracked down Dr K ( before internet was any practical use for such things) and arranged the matching number book to be sent secretly from Austria to her in the UK. He was very helpful in doing this at her request before matching number was service TAG had thought of offering apparantly .
Special book now because she went the extra mile to get matching number despite not being much interested in cars. herself Not accepting that not possible she got the matching book to RS chassis number berself back then. As she said later " she didn't like the condacending attitude and BS of the AFN* official dealer guy who said it was impossible to get a matching number so she should just take one of the two copies he had in stock.
Fast forward decades after significant price appreciation of originals the long awaited new bigger edition arrived; by then matching book to chassis was "a thing" so TAG offered the book match to owners of cars. More infornation as others have said but somehow I've not got the same attachment to that later edition of the book. Don't know about pricing of this particular one that's for sale but a first edition with its then fresh layout was special. It belongs with its matching car; beyond having that the second edition nice to have too for its extra information. But like any rinse and repeat exercise somehow edition two not so special despite extra content and fixing a few errors (but bringing a few errors of its own).
I guard the original edition carefully and would be gutted to separate from car, but unconcerned about the heavier later one despite both having the numbers match.
I'd suggest hanging on to this one until the car owner is found and then doing the right thing agreeing on a fair price to both.
Hope the book gets united.
Steve
*This is the main dealer that was once part of Porsche Cars Great Britain the sole importer but when I visited to get a part the storman on stores part counter asked "What is a 73 Carrera RS?" and he wasn't the new apprentice either! I use other main dealers Futher away and more effort but rather give them my business as did my pal who ran a well respected specialist independent Porsche 'shop since 1974 and found that dealer equally useless and unhelpful as my wife and I did.

A First Edition of any important tome will always hold an inherent value over subsequent printings. GLWS.
I have #1118 if anyone is looking for it.
