    Nope. They reformulated it just for that reason.

    On this topic, I've tried to search the forum but to no avail, is there any resource for instructions on re-painting heat exchangers? I have a nice set of MFI exchangers that have some little surface rust stains and want to make them as new - wondering if I need to strip all of the paint with a wire wheel or something else, or am I OK just spot sanding and painting the whole thing? Sorry to hi-jack thread...

    not yet….spray painted in summer…important is to follow the burn in procedure!!
    would have chosen the Highland paint, but not available in the EU, but happy with the result so far.

    I like your picture Gordon , everything is basically perfect , muffler straps straight and muffler very even with the license plate panel and bumper guards symmetric and even with the bumpers .
    I know it wasn't luck .

    thnx. Do we have a color comparison between the Highland/Stoddard and VHT SP104 ? (FWIW the Stoddard looks more like gunmetal on the Highland site).
