Size: 111.2 KB[ATTACH=CONFIG]516504 In case it’s useful to anyone, I found a good way to turn a flimsy delaminated and generally unraveled pedal board back into it’s original state and rigidity. See pics below. Just needed the wife’s teapot and some tin foil and some epoxy I had laying around. Steamed it for maybe an hour. Clamped it between 2x4 scraps to let it dry a bit for 4 hours. Then with a popsicle stick size shim scrap I carefully packed expoxy into the many open seams that were then pretty flexible. Clamped it really tight for an hour in 3 sections and in an hour it was as thin as original and rock solid. Just wipe off any epoxy slop from exterior before you clamp
I cant attach the pics to this for some reason so will do it in steps

She walked in halfway through the steam session, and I didn't get in trouble. But baking powder coated motorcycle parts in the new oven, is not something I would recommend!
