All change at Classic Porsche magazine...

Hi one and all - I know that most of you won't know me in person, but hopefully some of you will be aware of Classic Porsche magazine, of which I've been editor for the last ten years. I know several of you from my many visits to the USA (58 in total!) and had hoped to take the total to 60 visits this year, but it was not to be...

So, what's up? Well, the magazine, along with its sister title, 911 & Porsche World, has been sold to a new publisher (Kelsey Media), largely as a result of the enforced shut down this year. As the original publisher was a longtime friend (like 46 years!), I'd always said if he sold the mags I'd step away, and that's what I've chosen to do. The current issue I'm working on will be my last as editor. Sad as the mag was my baby from day one, but I'd find it hard to work under the new regime. At 66, it becomes harder to change your ways and work for a new boss!

I plan to carry on writing about and photographing P-cars, and hope to catch up with some of you guys on a future visit to what almost amounts to my second home.

Until then, as the 356 guys say, keep the faith!

    Cheers!

    Keith

PS - special thanks to Chuck Miller for his support. What a great guy he is!

A new editor has been appointed... I guess we'll have to wait and see what he has in store.

    Hi Keith,

I'd like to second Patrick's comments. Good luck in whatever you choose to do and thank you for your hard work over the years. I've always very much enjoyed the magazine.
