where do these parts go? are they 911?

where do these ring parts go? are they 911?
you can see in image the squirter thing for scale. they are hard black plastic.
one is upside down, the other upright.

my only guess is behind the window winder door card...or carb stuff. or fresh air blower stuff.
i cant think of a ring this size needed anywhere else.
