    '. . . 1971 Porsche 911S Targa is said to have remained with its original owner until 2004, and it was listed on BaT in October 2016 before being acquired by the selling dealer in 2018. The car is finished in silver over black leather and is powered by a 2.2-liter flat-six mated to a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes a removable black roof panel, 15″ Fuchs-style wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, Recaro sport seats, air conditioning, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM stereo. This 911S Targa is offered by the selling dealer in California with manufacturer’s literature, a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, service records, a leather Porsche-branded front cover, and a clean Florida title.

    Finished from the factory in Silver Metallic, the car was reportedly repainted during previous ownership in 2005. Exterior features include a removable black roof panel, a stainless targa bar, body-color bumpers with chrome overriders, a driver’s side mirror, a single exhaust outlet, and a vented rear deckled with gold badging.

    Fuchs-style 15″ wheels with polished faces and black recesses are mounted with 195/65 Dunlop SP Sport 01 tires that show date codes from 2004. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes. Service in May 2022 include a brake fluid flush.
