Machined 2L heads vs 2.4L heads

I have a set of these heads. They're 2L head that I think have been machined for 2.4L. Any thoughts on using these vs. 2.4L heads? Anything to look out for?
    Thanks,
    Alan

Combustion chamber is much larger for two liter head since piston dome is bigger. 2.4 piston in 2.0 liter head will have lower compression. Measuring dome and chamber volume is necessary to calculate C.R.

Thanks Ed. Are these useful for some application, or should I just get rid of them?

Yes, they can be useful, you'll just need a piston with enough dome volume to get to a good compression ratio. It'll require some volume measuring and math work.
