    Recommissioning of Biancaneve

    Dear all, following years of hard, sometimes reckless use and abuse of "Biancaneve", our '73 2.4S, we have just completed her recommissioning.
    I'd like to share here some images and stories, hoping you will find them interesting.

    This time the work looked complex and we wanted to have it finished soon and well, to enjoy the springtime events ... therefore, we entrusted the work to a central-european specialist, who doesn't want publicity so we won't name him. Those who know, they know.

    We started with refurbishing and re-wiring the light switch.

    Safety and performance oriented, including but not limited to:

    - Rewiring electrical connections: replace faulty units
    - Replacing oil and fuel lines, where needed.
    - rebuild front calipers and replace rear ones;
    - engine-out check and replacement of sealings, etc
    - check-measure-repair engine accessories
    - replace driveshafts, wheel hubs, suspensions bushes, etc
    - replace or repair countless small items.

    Everything OEM or better items, must keep period correct appearance.

    Next step was to attack the ventilation fan ... another usual victim of the time, displaying erratic functioning.
