69T - Correct Oil Dipstick length?

Can someone please confirm I have the correct dipstick for my 69T? See pic but its 10" from bottom tip to the stop at the top. I put 9qt in originally, ran to temp and did not touch stick. Added more, almost at 10qt and just barely touching stick. Thought 10qt was max for 69T ? Just want to make sure this stick is correct. THANKS

You may not be getting the stick in all the way. I consider the finger loop the stop.
