    1967 911 (s?)

Ebay has a 1967 911 listed that seller states is a European delivery 911s but he is selling as a regular 911 because of an engine change. He states the VIN# is 305573. According to a webpage VIN dtatbase that represents a regular 911. Anybody know anything more based upon his stated VIN#?
    Thanks.

Ya, in '67 if the VIN doesn't end in an "S", it ain't an "S".

The 911S badge does look like a later one. The cheapest way to upgrade from a T or E (or L for that matter) is to simply afix a 911S badge to your deck lid.

Be very sceptible with 1967 911'S's. It is easy to add an "S: after the VIN. Look under the front lid carpet for the real stamped VIN.
