    Greetings,

Thanks for the kind words guys. It was fun hanging out with Rick and he was good enough to make an adjustment for me on my green car. Rick is a real knowledgeable guy that understands the illness.

Yes I did buy the yellow car from a lovely couple from Virginia last Spring. They purchased the car at Monterey in 01 and it was used by the wife, Her car! Although they had a website set up they were really not in the car business. In fact I learned of the car reading about it in a post here. It is all original excluding the paint which the sellers thought was original. I was happy to find it.

The cat is out on my 68 which is almost done. Rick took some pictures of the underside that he can post if he wants. It is a really neat car that I am proud to own. I am taking it along with the green car to the Rennsport. Thanks again.

    Best,

    Don

She's a hottie, eh, Don? (the seller's wife, not the friggin' car!)

That's a loaded question. I was too busy looking at my newly purchased RS to notice much else!

    Best,

    Don

Yea, sure. You should have seen her the night I went to look at it. Tight jeans, tight sweater and a teeny fur jacket and she was wearin' cowboy boots.
Damn, what color was that car, again?

See, you let your judgement get clouded and you did not buy the car. They don't come much better. It cleaned up really well. I vaguely remember the cowboy boots!

    Best,

    Don

Any woman driving an RS is OK in my book*. That alone would increase the "hottie" factor by about 75% - regardless of her attire.

    * Extra points if she changes her own oil!
