I am worried about what the hidden meaning may have been there. Let's pray we are not going off-topic again.

Gotta love those Minilites. Takes me back to the 'racey' 2002s and Datsuns of the early 70's. Always wanted a set on my V6 Capri, but there was college... Great memories

How about these as candidates for the ugliest 911 aftermarket wheels made ?

Jens..George is right on as usual..those (5 spoke)are ATS..very strong; I ran them on my 73 2002 for years in NYC, and sold them for DAVMAC (while a student). The black centered modular appear to be Ronal's.....

    revolution wheels

    http://www.ttrsracing.com/clearance_sale.htm#Rally Wheels

Although not obscure, these revolution wheels are very strong for racing and are a great price to boot! They do look good on an early 911 with no fender flares, and the 15x7 is a perfect size. At 200 bucks a pop, I think these are a great value compared to the pricing of some of the other wheels.

    panasports?

I recall a discussion on pelican on panasport (mini-lite style) wheels.

there was some company in NZ that produced one for 911 and the exchange rate would have made the price quite good.

I'd seriously consider a set of those even thoug I've already got panasports on my tii... but then again I've got two early 911 so....

This is a fairly unique look for the early911. 924 turbo wheels sort of.
