    3 point belts

    PorscheRescue,
The shoulder belts are anchored by the bolts which are mounted to the body through the rear deco panels just above the rear wheel humps.

I should probably add that I dropped $20,000 into a highly hotrodded 3.2L engine for my '73....

I do NOT expect to get the $$ back except in thrills and fun.

On my last car a '75 I called Beautiful Baby Blue, I just sold it for $18,000. I spent a bit less than that for it several years aog. BUT, the real story is the PO -- he spent over $50,000 on it after he bought it (I have receipts for that much but they do not include the Nakamichi sound system or alarm system or german leather seats...). He ran up a huge debt on his mother in law's credit cards w/o her knowledge.... I can go on.

But my point is that the guy who gets a good deal (me and the guy I sold it to) are NOT the people who fix the cars up. This applies even if you do your own labor (which the PO of Baby Blue did not).

So have fun and if a project is fun (my '73 is) enjoy... but don't expect to make $$ and don't regard the car as an investment. Even if we see another big techno bubble you can still not make money on the car, and certainly will do worse than other options.
