    Was any of youse cruising around the paddock?

    All,
    During last week's pre-historics @ Laguna, I noticed a fair number of early 911s trundling around the paddock...I was too pre-occupied with supporting our entry (a '56 solid-axle vette) to go and chat anybody up. I noticed at least two soft window targas...

    Anybody from here part of that group?

    Again, stop by and say hello...It'll be good to put faces to names.
    We are in space C-17 (near the suites/garage area). Look for the bright orange #97 Corvette. We'll be back in the paddock from this Thursday on.

    All those (Early 911's) ???? could have been the 912 Registry members @ their meet in Monterey.

    They were also doing parade laps @ Laguna.

    Hence the "soft window" Targas -

    now THAT would make sense...

    that these were all 912s I saw...

    as I mentioned in my previous post, I was too pre-occupied to even check any of this stuff close up...hence the basic assumption these were all 911s I was noticing...

    anyway, I thought it was pretty cool to see these guys just noodling around the paddock, any which way they felt like it...
