Thread: Nardi Wheel Hub Question

    Nardi Wheel Hub Question

I have a 15" Nardi leather covered wheel on my '70T. The hub adapter is about 3 1/4" long and places the wheel too close for my liking. Seems like the signal stalk is a mile away. I have not disassembled it, but the hub appears to be a rubber accordian cover over the metal piece. Do I have any options? Are there shorter adapters available?

That sounds like a Momo hub to me - if it is, then you've probably got an alloy Momo-to-Nardi adapter between the hub & wheel.

The usual Nardi hub is quite shallow.

I bought my car with a 14" Raid/RaceMark wheel that was pretty crispy - Replaced it with a 14" Fittipaldi/Personal using the same adaptor that was in back of the RaceMark - I have since replaced that wheel with a 14" leather wrapped Nardi (which I love ) using the same adaptor.

The adaptor is about 1 3/4" long (45mm) and smooth in shape... and so far fits all the wheels I've owned and tried.
