What is the s.n. range for 911s targa's in 67?

Sorry guy's, I simply do not have the correct books (all in storage while being in transit). Can someone help me on the serial number range for the 911s targa's in 67? Was there a S behind the numbers just like with the coupes?

    thx

According to Red Book it was 500001S-500718S
    483 produced

    Hope that helps.

It does, however, is there a way of finding out if for instance 500108S was the 3rd, 20th or 100th 911 targa built? (I presume numbers were not used twice, 500087 and 500087S)

They did infact use the same numbers on the standard Targa, only the S after the number tells you that it is an S. The engine number however should start with 96 instead of 91 for the standard Targa.

    1967 TargaS engine # 961141-962178 (483 produced? go figure!)
