    Sport manual

Hello:Bob you are correct you have the early version. Do you need a copy of the later one?I could use a copy of yours or would be willing to buy the original. Porsche has made these manuals available to prospective buyers of there race cars over the years. The last one I know about is for the 993 RSR. I have acopy of the 911scrs manual (not complete) and it gives part numbers as well as pictures of the car and what you need to do turn your car into a scrs. The 911/914-6 manual does the same with photos and line drawings with part numbers. Let me know everyone so I can make maybe 10 copies. Thanks Eric

I'd love a copy too Eric. How about a real good laser copy on heavier stock? I'll gladly pony up the required ducketts.

    Cheers,

It's hard to believe that no one's scanned this and put it on-line, yet.

    Sports Purposes Manual, 1968

Thanks Jens, for the link to Plaven Racing.
Their scans are short by about 5 letters on the longer lines of text but it gives a look at the bulk of the info. It's about 66 pages of info plus cover and title pages.

    That's gold...GOLD !

Thanks for posting that Jens (and Plavan). You may have saved me a few dollars buying a paper version but that giant sucking sound is my money going into my car.

    Manual who needs it?

Hello; OK, who still needs this manual? The one I have is for later 911 and 914-6, not just the early 911 manual. It also has reference of the 72 cars as well. The print date on the inside says 1970.Thanks Eric
