    One way to do it is to provide a rating scale from say A to F where you rate a shop based on your experience. Each person's username is listed under the rating they provide, to prevent it from being anonymous. If someone wants further info they can contact the poster via PM, thereby removing the need/risk of comments. This would also consolidate the feedback nicely.

    Personally IŽd rather see the comments, but understand the concerns as well.
