    Houndstooth seats

Well here they are! I thought you all might like to see how these seats actually look in a car. These are the houndstooth versions from Stefan at GTS. The first time I saw these I fell in love with them. I had a black 73 911 that I knew they would look great in. I could not resist.
If anyone is thinking about these let me tell you that Stefan is a great guy to deal with, he will do anything to make it all go right. The seats themselves are simply beautiful! A heck of a deal. Personally I think they really sing in a black car.
Just to enhance I made a few VDM wood wheels to go with them. I think its a nice combo.

    Wood wheel

    Hey Eric,
The wood wheel is a VDM type. I had some made up as I really love wood wheels but did not like the Nardi as it looks too fat and plastic looking. I did these to look like an original VDM wheel. I was thinking they would work great on either 356's or 911's.
The ones I've got fit on a standard Nardi hub so they will fit anything. The finish is a satin antique type and the wheel is 15.5" same diameter as a 911.
I do have a few more of these. If anyone is interested in one please let me know. Thanks.

Sorry I did not mention it but those are the Nurbruing or whatever seats. Actually they are much lighter than the stock seats and far lighter than the sport seats. I know cause I had to carry all of them.
If anyone would like to see them and try em out let me know. I'm not far from the track at Lime Rock.

    Tom,
The seats and wheel look great!!

Think the seats would be totally out of character in my 67S?

Auctually I think they would look perfect in a 67. Take off the headrests and presto, early sport seats!
