Thread: Kremer 2.8 RSR

  1. #11
The white RSR is from the Mexborough collection and has been tested in EVO magazine recently. The yellow is indeed the Gunnar restored Sebring 73 winner, it now resides in the UK. Sorry but I didn't get any details on the other cars

True the engine somehow found it's way to Japan where it was installed in an otherwise standard RS. I purchased the car and installed the proper type 911/83 RS engine. The RSR engine will be used in a special project of mine. It was a great find as the engine was completely time warped in the museum RS.

"The RSR engine will be used in a special project of mine."

Don, that implies that everything you've done so far is just 'a project'. I can't imagine what a 'special project' would be then?

The RSR Engine put the car into "Special Project" status. Will get some photos and details when she is rolling.

    Best,

    Don
