Hello: They sure do. I would check them to see if they are leaking at the silver cap cover. This is an area where they are prone to leak. If they do leak it is full pressure since that is the pressure valve under there. Check them with fuel do not run them dry or they will burn up. Thanks Eric
Not only are these not from an MFI 911, they are not from a 911 at all. They are Bosch. I think I just found another source for MFI fuel pumps. More to follow soon.

Could be a Bosch fuel pump for an Alfa Romeo 1750/2000 Spica MFI system for the Spider, GTV, or Berlina...
............. only time will tell...

Actually it is the fuel pump to a 1970 - 1974 Volkswagen Type 3, with D-Jet Bosch EFI. I am trying to dig up which other cars used this pump and think that the 411 and some buses used it as well. Let's just say they are MUCH cheaper from VW sources, which I don't think would be the case with the Alfa/Spica systems. BTW, I would KILL for a Spica MFI twin plug Alfa racer...

I don't believe that is the same pump as the mfi unit, although they outwardly look the same. Check the Bosch numbers and cross reference to Porsche.

If these pumps are from a 'D' Jet system make sure the fuel pressure is compatable with a mfi system. I would doubt that to be the case as mfi pumps run at 15 psi and efi can run at up to 60psi on average. The flow rate would be more than suffient though as both systems require a large delivery to operate.
