    MFI question ?

    Is the MFI set up ( Pump,Stacks&Throttle bodies) on a 73' E the same as a 73" S ...... and is the part # the same ? .... anyone !?.

    No, different pump, throttle bodies on an "S" have larger bores to accomodate larger port "S" heads, stacks I don't know.

    All those components (stacks too) are different from the 2.4L 'E' to 'S' system. The 'E' system, at a high cost, can be changed to 'S' specs by various shops. That may be the way to go because buying a complete 'S' system has probably become more expensive than redoing an 'E' system.

    As an aside the 2.4L 'S' system shared the same throttle bodies and stacks with the 2.7L 'RS' system and that is another reason the costs have become so high for the original parts.
