Hi all,

I'm looking for some help in identifying a gearbox I picked up. I don't know what car it come off originally but I'm trying to track down the spec. It doesn't appear in any of the lists I've seen either. Any help regarding the ratios etc, would be gratefully received. I was told it came off a '68T but that was third hand information at best.

Type 901/05 Serial no. 3282139
94mm CV flanges with 6 threaded holes (not 4 with 2 dowels). No LSD. It does have the "simplified" diff however, identified by the stud on the end of the CV flange bolt.

I'm not totally sure if it has a mag or alumi case. It is a dull grey colour , with small white crystal deposits on the surface (light corosion?).

Thanks for any help.

Bruce.
