Can someone take some front sway bar measurements for me? Pics...

I am installing a new front sway and forgot to take some of the measurements from my old set before I shipped them off. I would like to transfer the measurements to the new set up. Can someone measure from center to center in the parts I indicated in yellow?

    Bob,

I believe I have some in the basement. I'll check tonight, measure, and let you know.

Bob, doesn't seem to me this would be too hard to do...but your car is a '68, right? Does the SWB '68 use the same bar set-up as a '72? Anybody know? It would be a bit of work for me to kick Cindy's car out of the garage on a stormy day, move my car to the center, put it on jackstands, pull a wheel to do the measuring. But I'm willing to do it IF I know the info gained would be useful. My bars are oversize, but everything is factory mounts....(edit)That's funny...your post languished for a while...then John & I both post at the exact same time. I'll "let John do it". John, I hope the paint color is working out well...

    Paul,

The car is still at the painters but he tells me I should have it back in a couple of weeks. Obviously not his highest priority but he's doing a super job. I visit it every few weeks and am pleased with his work. I haven't forgotten about my promise to send you some touchup paint.

Thanks for the help guys. As far as I know the sway bars should be the same for SWB and LWB. I installed it yesterday based on TTWEEDS droplink measurements but I would still like to know the arm measurements. Thanks again for helping a brother out!

    Bob,

Well I found some old stock ones out in the garage but I may muddy the waters. The arms measure 120mm center to center and the drop links measure approx 238mm. However I also found another pair of stock drop links that measure approx 225mm. I'm really not sure what year 911's they are from.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

    Good luck, John

    Bob,

Update. I found another set of arms and drop links that I know were used on my 71. The arms are aftermarket but the drop links are stock and measure approx 225mm.

The droplinks I measured for Bob were off my '67S and they were the 225mm size.
