    I am pretty sure the original seats were the regular Recaro sport seats with black corduroy fabric. Orientation horizontal, not vertical as these buckets are done. Completely off from original in that brown fabric. It does look like the faded black that many Recaro bucket seats are turned in after 50+ yrs of exposure to sunlight. Maybe they thought it is original..
    Kneepads are the 74 version and possibly original since it is a late 73 build. Mounting of the door cards doesn't look very nice. Shame they did not pay more attention to details converting it to M471 style and that dash pad...pfffft.

Then sales to the Porsche specialist Manfred Freisinger, who sold the car to Manfred Hero in 1977 without an engine, which he kept. From 1978 to 1982 use with a 3 liter racing engine in the German Rally Championship. 1982 sale of the car to Dr. Reineck and use at smaller rally events. 1988 sold to Mr. Wachsmann and closed in the same year. 1990 repurchase by Manfred Freisinger and extensive restoration with dismantling in the delivery condition and installation of the original engine that is still available. Until 2007 registration of the car on Manfred Freisinger Junior. Then sold to the British collector F. Synters, 2009 to G. Mandaley, 2015 to G. Stockton and 2016 return to Germany.

    Arthur Bechtel offered what I believe was the same car at the Retro Classic in Stuttgart last year for Euro 785.000. If I recall correctly the chassis number was 1407.
    Interestingly both cars have the (wrong G-Model)) angled and not curved rear panels in the engine bay.
