    what a GREAT thread.

The good vibes and energy are leaping out of the screen, and I wasn't even there! That's what a great club is about.

Phil - my thoughts are with you and the kids. Have a safe trip back and best of luck. -- Curt

This was early car nirvana. Some memorable moments for me -

The yellow turbo caught a gear next to me at 80MPH and took off like a bottle rocket down the 101. Sounded like a 934!

Following Ernie Wilberg in a 912 up the mountain Sunday. One of the smoothest, most well-paced runs I've ever done. That was fun.

Saturday's bonzai run up the mountain and those insane passing lanes. My new skinny 70-series tires lived to tell about it!

Meeting up with old friends and putting faces together with some I hadn't met in person.

Randy, that was an awesome presentation Sat. night. That in-car ST at the 'ring video on the big screen was so cool. And no, the volume wasn't too loud.

The perfect alignment of all of the slotted screw heads on Jeff Smith's insanity-mobile. Jeff you're one sick puppy!

My little notepad full of contacts and ideas from 3 days of checking out all the cars/people.

Harvey Weidman walking by my car late one night and discussing ideas for my Torq-Thust D's. Where else is that going to happen?

The red 2.8L 914/6 GT - Bernie, I want your car!

My favorite photo - slightly blurry but captures the action on Sunday's tour.

    John or others,

Can we see some more pictures of that low mileage '73 RSR?

Is it the same as this one?
