    If this is an 901 shouldn't the latch panel in the engine bay be flat?
    I mean the part where the engine stickers go (hope you know what I mean..)
    A picture says more then a thousand words :

    I always thought these were completely flat on the 901's and very early 911's

    Somebody also changed the steering wheel and horn button.

    Wonder why it was pulled...........off-Ebay sale most likely.

    Wow. That would be one of the oldest ones out there.

    More like $100,000 and you're there. And for a car like this, it would be worth it over the long term.

    In it's current state, what would it be worth?
    The buy it now on ebay was $65K..... and looking at the condition you need another $65K to make it right... Worth it?

    It looked so rusty that by the time you got done, all that would be original would be the serial number!
