    Adrian Newey's GT40

Ouch. He recently crashed his original GT40 in a vintage event. Tire failure at 180MPH. He's OK.

Unbelievable... the car is completely destroyed... I heard he had a flat tire....but not sure....In any case, they kept it quiet during the event....

Hello? Haggerty? Uh... I need to file a claim. Uh-huh... A old lady backed into me at a concours d' elegance. Yea, that's right. She was going pretty fast too.

That really sucks. Brings to mind a recent interview with Max Mosley in Autosport Magazine. (Jackie Stewart on the cover) He feels only replicas should be raced. Original cars belong in a museum. I don't agree. But a real shame about that car.
