    Home after 35 years.....

Having been told by the factory that my 911 first belonged to the Swiss driver Jo Siffert (Seppi), I went to Fribourg Switzerland yesterday accompanied by Laurent Missbauer, a car journalist and an expert on the Swiss race driver.

Laurent kindly took me to all the right places in Fribourg where Siffert lived and worked, including his original garage on Place neuve. Although the places have changed, it was still great to bring the car back to its original garage:

You should feel proud of yourself for bringing your 70S back to all its original glory and provenance.

Yes, with camera and all!!! It's a full time job!

I have now found (I think) the name and address of the last owner of the car from 1981 to 1985 ( ), I will try to contact him this morning and keep you posted....I hope it's the same person, it's been 20 years....
