How about Lilac for a project

OK, I have just aquired a '72 tub for a RSR project. I had no plan for the color at this time but when I saw that this tub was originally Lilac/Flieder #341 I started to ask myself why not. What do you guys think. Anybody have pics of Lilac cars.

Lilac is a great color. I have seen a few pic's of the real lilac RS (see above pic's) floating around here which has the round Hellas mounted below the spoiler. VERY hot! I have even considered doing a repaint on a SWB 911R replica that color. And as we all know, to do a color switch on an early 911 you gotta really love the color you are switching to

I know how much everybody loves sepia brown, I even know a guy who has 2 73's in sepia. Buttttttttttttt?
Thanks for the pics, those cars do look good, the color does seem to change a lot depending on the lighting, interesting.

This is what I would do with a Lilac RSR...

But then I'm partial to the Martini paint schemes.
