    I'm envisioning Billy with a bright yellow blazer in the year 2025. Front row at Barrett-Jackson surrounded by cameras. His final bid on my ricer ........ $1.5 million! The car he always dreamed of .....

    Although satisfied he would not leave the BJ auction empty handed; young dashing Billy was ultimately disappointed that he didn't quite have the budget for the previous lot.

    A Gremlin prototype at $1.9 million.

    AMC futures anyone??

    Sorry, feel free ignore this post.

    Nah Curt....for "the 30 year rule" to apply; it would have to be around 2036... just imagine..."c'mon Mum; I'll drive you to lunch...we'll pick your walking frame up later as I can't fit it in the car cos of those 2 HUGE penile extensions hangin' out da back" !

    The 30 year rule works like this....young kid sees dream car for first time; spends next 30 years lusting after said dream car; makes enough moula to buy dream car around 30 years on . Only it used to be a "teenager" not "kid in single figures".

    Hey Jared;

    Long time no chat! Really Billy's a Porsche guy through and through - I reckon those 2 rocket launchers got his attention though .

    Back to topic - nothing too much doing down here on the 356 front. Been a couple of highly credentialled cars come up for sale and no real movement - go figure...

    Cheers,

    Lisa
