I guess you have good holiday timing. It really makes sense to get seats now as it would be one of the only car parts one could enjoy without the car even moving. Try to enjoy some cams or even a set of suspension bushings in January.
It just started to get quite cold here in Illinois, so it is time to leave my P-car in the garage.
During the winter months, I usually just open the door into the garage and stare until I am content...
You can now sit and enjoy...

i'm hearing you loud and clear Mopar. The distributor is out, carbs are about to be removed for rebuilding (just gaskets and seals and a good cleaning) and i am starting to think this car might not be moving under it's own power for some time.

big problem for me is tax season is fast approaching and time in the garage will be even more precious once that happens.

I can't wait to sit in these puppies and get a nice position set in the car. I'd like to be a bit farther back (well i'd like to be a lot farther back but roof height and reaching the shifter won't allow too much) and much lower (helmet fit). A slight recline might be in order as well.

i am already dreaming of the spring day when she first awakes from her slumber. new seats, clean carbs, fresh brakes and happy valves will all join together in a wonderful song in the key of 5,500rpm. oh what a day that will be!

Which model seats did you pick from GTS? Iam having a hard time trying to decide which model myself.

I had a similar thought this morning(minus the new seats, clean carbs, fresh brakes) and reading this just made it harder to deal with single digit temps and 12 inches of snow at my house. But what a great visual in my mind .
