Weeeeeeee! My ticket arrived by UPS yesterday. Guys, we need to get serious about meeting up at the show. I'm gonna stay in Windsor Tuesday nite and head into the show Wed morning...the sooner the better for more floor time as far as I'm concerned. I'll be wearing my RGruppe tshirt so keep an eye out for an old fart in a black T. Lookin forward to hooking up with the midwest bretheren.

BTW...can someone PM me the addy for the aftershow party?

I think Jared mentioned 11AM in front of the Porsche stand (that would be the stand with all the SUV's out front ..... ) . That sounds good to me.

hmmm...having the ticket mailed wasn't an option for me. I have to pick it up at some window down there.

    Hey all,

I had some wires crossed. There are 2 Industry Preview Days:

    Wednesday, January 10, 2007
    Noon - 9:00 p.m.
    Thursday, January 11, 2007
    7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

You can use the tickets for either day, but you have to buy 2 for admission both days (they take your entire ticket when you enter).

If everyone is coming on the 10th, they will not let you in before 12:00 noon. This is also the day of the Auto Week Design Forum, which I will be attending (I mistakenly thought it was Thursday). It runs all day and includes 8am breakfast, lunch, dinner and admission to the show. Usually ends around 9pm.

I can meet you all at the Porsche exhibit at 12pm on Wed the 10th, and can head to Vic's around 9pm. Won't be able to give rides though, unless everyone wants to change to Thursday the 11th. My schedule is more open that day.

    Sorry for any confusion!

It's up to Jim and Paul, since they're coming from out of town. I can make either day.

    R Gruppe attitude

Fellas, Have a great time in Detroit. From what I have read, its going to be the biggest yet. Maybe one day, get on a plane, head over.

Do me a favor. Take LOTS of photos of the NEW Ford Interceptor. Its getting ALOT of hype.
PLUS its designed by one of our own, Freeman Thomas.
