what's the correct one worth
That guy has a Jag V12 Marelli cap on ebay virtually continuously - I have lost count on the number of times that I've emailed both him & bidders (before ebay introduced their new bidder 1/bidder 2/etc system) to tell them that it is not a Porsche fitment Marelli twin-plug cap - but bidders still seem to get sucked in by his hype.

It's unfortunate such guys are out there. If you own a car with that distributor in it, seems like you would know better.

This guy is Bad news. I too have advised him several times BY PHONE as well as email that he was misrepresenting this cap. He claims ignorance and when I politely tried to point out the differences in a JAG cap, he then told me to FU....OFF! He knows exactly what he is doing. He can get multiples more for that cap as a "RARE" Porsche part than a $65.00 Jag part.
NOTE HIS DISCLAIMER on Ebay.....it covers his ass big time!!

Wait a second, fellas. While that is a "Jaguar" Marelli cap, I am almost 100% sure that it and its accompanying rotor WILL WORK with some of the various twin-plug distributor conversions that are becoming more readily available (i.e. Carquip and Burn Bros.). To thicken the plot, the Carquip distributor can also be made to accept a Bosch cap and rotor which (I heard) is once again being reproduced - by or for Andial, I think.
If anyone knows different, please advise...

Yes, the Jag cap can be made to work with made up billet or aftermarket distributors. They will not work with the original Marelli distributor, the rotor is clocked wrong.
I also am very annoyed by Mr. Renecorp and feel he is deceitful. Not to mention he is in my town no less!!! The cap can be made to work, but you can buy it much much cheaper.
I have found reproduction correct Marelli caps for $550.00, but the rotors are still a problem. If you have a rotor that is damaged or grounding out please don’t discard it, they can be repaired! Hope this answers a few questions.
Keep the shiny side up!
