    We Need Articles !!!

    Hey guys,

The next issue of the ESSES will be mailed out within a couple of weeks... and that will pretty much put us back on schedule ... thank goodness, and John Dilger...

However we are in need of articles and pictures for subsequent our issues...

If you have bit of early 911 esoteria (and who doesn't), a proven procedure, a write up on a trip, or what-have-you with pictures to make it more real.... Please send them to John Dilger

How bout this ... I have not been keeping a folder of all these wonderful lists some have been compiling on 901's and early production 911's... but I know someone out there has. Write up an explanation, add the list, and send it to John...

    JohnDilger@aol.com

Of course we know we can't be as 'hot' and immediate with the information as we are here on this board... however, now that we are back on a quarterly publishing schedule, we can be closer then any other written early 911 information source out there.....

Plus, the ESSES is STILL the written instrument of record for this club....
Plus, the ESSES is fun to receive and read...
Plus, the ESSES is MORE fun to read and look at when you're looking at your own words and pictures...

The ESSES is the icing on the cake guys ... lets not only make it sweet and pretty, but satisfying as well...

Cheers, and thanks for the support

Is there any interest in a brief write up about my spring break adventure to New York? I will be spending some time with a good family friend and avid Porsche enthusiast. The trip will more than likely include a visit to our East Coast Technical advisor’s garage….? I have no idea what I should expect, but last year when I was visiting a was able to see Mr. Gallogly’s Blue/White TR get it’s carbs adjusted. Nothing beats the sound of a 906 2.0

Chuck thanks for your avid response. May I inquire as to when the rough deadlines are for the Esses articles?

    How about a write-up on...

    The Homemade 911?

I have a good piece here...complete with pictures

Let me know if this meets/fits your overall criteria -after all, this car ain't an S...and I don't want to keep folks from reading about the True Ss, and RSs, etc.

Y'can't hurt my feelings, Chuck, that's impossible!

    Happy to contribute
    Cheers

    Are you kidd'n Thom...

Write it up and send it to John...

John is the editor and the advisory board is the final arbiter on what and when stuff gets in the ESSES.... We need to stock pile articles for all up-coming issues...

    Please send'm in....
