Picked up my car yesterday after a year and a half restoration. Seats look nice, but they forgot the resistance pin on the inside, so the headrests won't stay up.

    resistance spring

Well it is a bit of work but I have done it once to get them in when the whole seat was already completed....when you go with your hand at the upper side around the seat bolster you should feel the headrests posts.. the rest is bending the spring for an easy entry and a lot of patience......

Found a nice 914/6 Scheel seat a few months back. I had it recovered but decided to leave the badge off due to excessive wear.

    Thumbs down

    Nate-
NML Depot in Germany make reproduction Scheel buttons. One would look nice on your seat!

I have no idea why that thumbs down is up there, or how to get rid of it!
