    Chris -

You are correct sir. Brian and I acknowledged this last October - November. The factory must have mixed up some signal orange paint and sprayed a few cars at the same time. I thought that was so cool to have two survivors that close together.

I think it's now fair to say that the decal appeared in 12/69. This group has so much knowledge. Does anyone have documentation on 11/69?

Chris, you need to have one of these before the Tour De' Colorado.

    Chris -

I would love to be with all of you in Colorado. Unfortunately, it's a very long drive from Maine. I am sure that the car is up for it.

However, I am flying to Utah in September to visit my son and float the Green River with a group of father son's. Too, bad I am missing it by a month.

What about an 11/69 production car?
I'm back in the game and curious as placement is the pass. qtr window. Should be front windshield, depending on production date, yes?

To the best of my knowledge, yours would be front windshield.

    Chris,

The decal you show is not correct for 70MY. My original 1/70 build still has the original decal on the front windshield. Should only have the 1969 date in the perimeter of the decal, not the center like the later decals.

Do 1969 cars have these decals or are they too early for them to have been issued?
