You guys are probably pretty good on the artwork, but here is another photo of the clock.

Hi Clock fans, just a quick update. I've just upset a load of Ikea customers who were planning on buying a Pugg clock today as I loaded my shopping trolley with all 23 clocks that they had in stock. I got some pretty wierd looks, in fact at one point we quickly had to move our trolley away because someone was trying to find one to buy and we felt a bit guilty.

I took a clock apart in the shop to figure out how the new face could be fitted and it's going to be pretty tricky, so I'm going to send them out as a finished article, hence buying 23. Anyway, the first finished clock will be ready for photos tomorrow. The clocks are going to work out at $48 each plus postage, I hope this will be OK?

Sorry I still seem to be having trouble with my photo hosting, but here's some links to the pictures. This is funny, here's our trolley:

    and here's the first clock.

Now there's some good news and some bad news. The good news is it looks brilliant finished and the hands of this clock are great. The bad news is, I think I should have bought the Skarp clock instead of the Pugg. The moulding and glass on this one are slightly wrong and it's too shiney. Also, because I've gone this far with the fine detail I think it would be a shame not to do the best job I can. I'm going to swap clocks and remake the hands for the Skarp. I'll post some more pictures once I've swapped my 23 clocks.

I'll also work out some postage costs so I can start sending them out.

Let me know what you think.

    Cheers
    David

Looks great David. I agree the more matte finish will look even better.

Is it possible to use PayPal? Let us know the total with any additional charges.
