Doug, there's a lot of info in the seller's description interspersed with some challenging remarks, and rounded out with moments of complete emptiness on information:

1973.5 Porsche 911 T Targa CIS = the last of the longhoods, but doesn't have MFI like earlier T's
perfect = this is in the eye of the beholder, so to each their own
twice concours delegance show car = it has won some prizes but in no-name concours, the type of which normally has an apostrophe - d'elegance
Hershey parade car = it attended the Hershey PCA parade, and yet so did many other porsche brethern
5 speed with AC = I should hope that it is a 5 speed while (personally) AC is overrated
needs nothing = this harkens back to the perfect moniker, a few comments back
Must sell due to financial hardship = not the best way of presenting your car for sale
Had dreams of keeping this for ever = a dreamer, like the rest of us
Investment quality!!! = not sure this would be a good investment for anyone at this ask ... where is the substantial upside from $109k in this current market
COA numbers matching = Glad to hear this, with an ask of $109k
mostly up to S specs = mostly, as in mostly pregnant, or mostly .. nearly .. almost .. not quite .. about to .. ?

    Auction Description:

    - Wonderfully presented in Tangerine over black
    - Originally optioned with factory Comfort equipment
    - Offered with owner’s manual, Maintenance Record book, and spare key
    - Documented by invoices, restoration photographs, and Porsche COA
    - Includes tool kit, jack, and spare wheel

Built in March 1972, this 911 T was originally delivered to a gentleman in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as confirmed by its original Maintenance Record book. The Porsche was originally finished in Light Yellow over a black leatherette interior with houndstooth seat inserts. It was outfitted with the desirable Comfort equipment package, which consisted of 911 S instrumentation, gold rear emblems, aluminum doorsill plates, S rubber moldings on the bumpers and beneath the doors, and chrome rocker panels. The car was also optioned with Koni shock absorbers (in place of the Boge type), front and rear stabilizers, and tinted glass all around, and fitted with Pirelli tires.

While the subsequent history is largely unknown, records indicate the car exchanged hands in 2013. At this time the car’s mileage was recorded at 88,000 miles, which was believed to be original. Receipts show that over $40,000 was spent in reconditioning the Porsche both mechanically and cosmetically, including refinishing the car in vibrant Tangerine. The work is documented by a collection of photographs, maintenance records, and restoration documentation.

Today the Porsche displays 89,750 miles, all of which have been driven on its original, matching-numbers engine. The car is also accompanied by a host of original accessories, including its Maintenance Record book, owner’s manuals and folio, spare keys, and Emission Control System booklet. Furthermore, the 911 T is offered with a reproduction tool kit, jack, and spare Fuchs wheel.

Its attractive Tangerine-over-black presentation, excellent overall condition, and original accessories make this 911 T an excellent candidate for PCA rallies and events or an enjoyable drive to wherever this Porsche may take you.

The early 1970s saw the 911 firmly established in the small, select pantheon of already-classic sports cars that had begun with the likes of Bugatti. MPH is pleased to offer this matching-numbers Sepia Brown over dark brown MFI example. Coming from California the body is described as very presentable with good shut lines. The interior includes new carpets, headliner, seat facings and door cards. A lovely example in a rare and desirable colour combination. An opportunity not to be missed.

Remaining highly popular with collectors to many the 911 enthusiasts the early- to mid-'70s cars are the most desirable. Here is a full-injection, matching-numbers 2.4TE that has had a photograph-supported bare-metal restoration (work included fitting new panels), bills showing the work cost in the region of £30,000. The engine rebuild (8000 miles ago) cost around £9000. The vendor says the conversion to right-hand drive has been professionally carried out and it has recently been serviced by specialists Tower Porsche.

Supplied new to Rome, Italy this late 'long hood' example in its original left-hand drive form was imported into the UK in 1994. It has undergone extensive bodywork and interior restoration, with immense attention to detail. Externally the panels have been refurbished where required and the Targa bar refreshed while brightwork has been re-chromed and new lights (front and rear) installed. The interior has received the same forensic levels of attention that includes new seats and carpets and a restored Blaupunkt radio fitted. This very well presented example is mechanically sound, starts well and is a pleasure to drive. For any lover of early-'70s Porsches this is an excellent opportunity to acquire an original european delivered Targa in an attractive colour combination.
