That appears to be a scam ad. Pelican has one or two active scammers posting this week. They create new accounts as soon as one is banned.

    Dealer Description:

This 911 is an unusual car that I’ve had squirreled away for a few years. The paint (Dalmation Blue) on this car is totally original and looks like it will buff out really well, even the dust is authentic!

This car isn’t much of a project. It’s totally rust free and runs well. The interior could use a refreshening but otherwise it’s something that should be preserved. I have an exceptional amount of paperwork and history, basically everything from day one.

A local viewing is welcome and encouraged with appointment. We are happy to help buyers worldwide with shipping and freight logistics.

Hmm, not sure where that ask came from. My friend's '73.5 T targa in Metallic Blue will be coming to market soon, much nicer in many ways than this. And while her ask is still not quite firmed up, I know it will be considerably less than this.

Saw the car and a few others mentioned above on a recent trip to Memphis Tenn , just happened to be cruising through a
warehouse district my buddy was showing some vacant properties and this one particular shop popped up and we stopped and walked in ..
My buddy knows my predilection for vintage vehicles and man this guy has some of everything , early Jag E types, Camaroes of every year and hue , air cooled 911's , muscle cars came across a sweet Hemi Challenger that was the business !
Back to this car yes I asked him what was he trying to get when he said $85 K ? I thought he'd been smoking the Ganga
just a bit to frequently but hey I thought I heard wrong and he repeated it ! Haha I was like don't hold your breadth in
    the condition its in !
He had some mid years as well a light blue '76 targa that didn't start , a Earl Shibe yellow '77 targa and a few
Over priced '84 -'86 Carreras and an SC or two thrown in for good measure .
Actually quite an assortment of vehicles even a few 356's in the way back area..
He was nice enough and more than surprised we knew anything about his selection no less years and engine sizes
but was less than amenable about negotiating .
There was an Early S in the rear that needed quite a bit but he was adamant about getting $90k minimum for that so we
    left empty handed ...
Guys name is Al good luck ! YMMV , Bert

    PCAR Description:

Up for auction is this highly original 1971 Porsche 911 T. It's extensive documentation, originality, and rare color combination make this 911 a great addition for any Porsche enthusiast. The seller states that over $45k was invested into bringing the mechanicals of this car to top-level, giving its next owner complete peace of mind. This 1-owner prized possession was originally sold new at Picard Porsche of Rhode Island before making its way to Naples, Florida where it is currently being offered with just 65k original miles showing on the odometer.

According to the seller, the rarely seen Bahia Red paint (1313) is stated to be in excellent all-original condition aside from a professional respray of the front hood and the passenger door. In 1969, Porsche decided to upgrade the aesthetics of their 911’s by giving a wider flare on the front and rear quarter panels. Adding to the naturally sporty look of this 911 are factory forged aluminum Fuchs wheels that wear a set of new Pirelli P6000 tires.

Accordingly, the contrasting Black Leatherette interior is stated to be in all-original condition including its original floor mats. This interior shows very minimal wear, proving that this has been a well cared for vehicle throughout its life. All electronics are stated to be in working order.

Being a 1971 model, this 911’s wheelbase is lengthened by 2.4 inches from models prior to 1969, which greatly improves the vehicles drivability. Power comes from an original numbers matching 2.2-Liter flat-six engine that produces 125HP and is connected to a coveted 5-speed manual transaxle. Just this year, over $45k was spent on mechanical work including the an engine re-seal, rebuilt suspension, updated braking system, and rebuilt transmission. A full list of all work performed will be included in the photo gallery. The seller states that the vehicle is in excellent running condition.

The sale will include an original window sticker, original tool kit, certificate of authenticity, extensive documentation, service records on all work performed, original books, and keys.

    Auction Description:

    - Delivered new to Portugal
    - Retains its original engine
    - Well equipped, ready to drive and enjoy

Offered here is one of just 1,963 911 Ts built for the 1972 model year. Nineteen seventy-two saw a handful of changes, including increased engine displacement to 2.4 litres (with the 911 T engine producing 140 bhp with MFI), the addition of a new Type 915 five-speed gearbox, and an 80-litre fuel tank.

Delivered new to Portugal in October of 1971, it was finished in Aubergine (4040) over a black leather interior. Still retaining its original engine, the car was equipped with optional alloy wheels, Koni shocks, tinted glass all around, headrests, and a Blaupunkt multi-band radio. Presently, the attractive black bodywork is complemented by red leather upholstery.

The 911 T gave terrific value for the price and is widely considered a performance bargain. This would be a wonderful car to drive and enjoy.

    - Beautiful in its original colour of Irish Green over a tan leatherette interior
    - Matching numbers with its original engine and gearbox
    - Supplied with a UK V5c, its previous State of Indiana Title and a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity

Offered here is a left-hand drive Porsche 911T 2.2 delivered to it first owner in the United States in 1970. The car is finished in its original colours and arguably one of the most beautiful colour combinations of Irish Green over a tan leatherette interior. Options at the time included ‘comfort equipment’ and a tinted windshield.

The car was imported into the UK in 2017 and registered with the DVLA obtaining a UK V5c. Most recently the body was attended to, with new floors and a full repaint in its original colour. At the same time, the interior was smartened up with new upholstery and the engine received a tune-up. The Fuchs wheels are wearing a set of new tyres giving it the classic Porsche stance. Included in the sale is the owner’s manual, jack and spare tyre along with the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity.

Early 911s possess a certain purity of line, particularly in bright colours, a complete world away from the aerodynamic extravagances of the eighties and nineties, and in terms of style, it's the early cars that engender the most appreciative glances. A well set-up and maintained 911T, 'E' or 'S' driven with an intelligent right foot will provide some of the most quintessentially rewarding driving experiences you have ever had, and even the 125bhp 911T, will leave you with a serious grin on your face!

    Auction Description:

    - A rare short-wheelbase model delivered new through Porsche Netherlands
    - Finished in its original colours of Polo Red over black leatherette interior
    - Recent refurbishment included fresh paint, a new interior and an engine and gearbox rebuild
    - Supplied with a NOVA reference number for a prospective buyer to begin the registration process
    - Sympathetically refreshed, this is a really lovely example of where it all began

Offered here is a 1968 Porsche 911T SWB produced in June ’68 and sold new through Porsche Netherlands. Its original colour scheme was Polo Red and a black leatherette interior – the same combination it wears today. Most recently the car has been the recipient of a full repaint and brand new interior. At the same time the engine and gearbox were rebuilt – however, the car no longer has its original engine and instead is fitted with a later, type-correct, 1969 engine.

Supplied with a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, the car was recently imported to the UK and hence is supplied with a NOVA reference number ready for a prospective buyer to MOT the car before beginning the registration process with the DVLA to obtain a UK V5c.

Rarely do short-wheelbase 911s come to market, and this sympathetically restored and superbly presented example is the perfect candidate for entry to the rather exclusive club of early 911 ownership.
