    Monterey Historics weekend

Is anyone going? I'll be heading down from San Francisco Friday morning
for the Concorso Italiano, then spend Fri. night in Salinas. Sat morning to the races. This will be my first year to the Concorso Italiano, looks like a good time. I'll be in the "non-Italian" corral. Then Sat in the PCA corral. I'm a veteran of the historics, always a good time there.

    See-ya there

    Hotels running thin.

    Hey Chuck

You better get on the horn asap. It took me an hour to find a place...booked solid. Never trust the websites..I always call the front desk.

Hows the Quail?,thats another one I need to go to. Don't they limit the amount of tickets they sell?

    Wouldn't miss it...

I'll be helping out with my brother Steve's booth at Concorso; he sells prints, cards, etc. of the illustrations he has made for Excellence, Forza, and related magazines. Stop by and check out what's new, we should be near the Piloti tent. We'll also be camping at the track, in the traditional cul-de-sac site above turn 6.

I'll be there. Laguna both Sat & Sun. I'll have to miss the Concorso this year unfortunately, it's pretty fun. Auctions are strictly off-limits per the wife; she's afraid I'll bring home more cars (currently @ 7).

I slept on getting my tickets to the Quail. "However, we can put you on the waiting list," she said. "You'll be number 150..."

Pops and I will be at the Concorso on Friday and the track on Saturday and Sunday. We'll probably be sleeping in Santa Cruz...

    Pre-Historics

Thinking of going this year, has anyone ever been? I heard about them a couple years ago, sounds like a good time, and the price is right
