Thread: Installing through the grill fogs

    Well, it turns out that it IS possible to pre-assemble, then install! Another question, though. Does it matter which side of the fuse block is used to attach the wiring harness? I've tried it both ways, and all that happens is that the ground wire to the switch starts getting very hot. After switching the wires, I blew the fuse for the left side headlight. Can't figure out what the problem is.

    I picked up a pre-'69 harness for my car from Kroon. It is very well made and even came with a very nice wiring diagram.

    1st class.
