    2007 Tour de Colorado pictures

A huge Thank You to everyone who attended the 2nd annual Tour de Colorado this weekend. Your efforts to get to Durango made this event an absolute success! I had an absolute blast running the back roads of Southwest Colorado with all of you!

    We had a great turnout of early 911's, 3 911E's, 1 S & 2 911T's.
Plus some late model Carrera's & a wild Twin Turbo 89 Speedster. A few folks came in early Thursday afternoon, while the rest of the group arrived
Friday afternoon. The highlight of the event was Saturday's big drive. This year due to construction on the road into Telluride
we by-passed Telluride & looped out thru the red rock desert & canyons near the Utah/Colorado border. A total of 290 miles
Absolute 911 nirvana on some of the most diverse & scenic Porsche roads the country has to offer.
From tight twisties, high elevation passes to wide open desert straight-aways...we did it all !!!

Mark you calenders for 2008, I guarantee, you will have the Porsche time of your life.

I'm fortunate to have 3 high altitude mtn passes within 25 miles of my home.
Roads akin to the Swiss Alps, the ultimate early 911 playground.
