Where would I find information on the replacement of leaking cam seals on my 73 911S?

The direct answer to your question is in the factory or one of the aftermarket shop manuals. It will be part of the teardown procedure for dissassembly of the whole engine. You just go as far as it takes to get to the seal. Besides the removal of muffler rear pan and chain covers you will then have to remove the cam sprocket nut (special tools involved here) and once the gasket and O-ring are replaced (the purpose of this job) you will need to retime the cam, which also involves a dial indicator and a special mount. Now none of this is rocket science, but it can be intimidating as a first venture, not to mention the special tools involved.
