Large SWB Horn Grills for Driving Lights

I have found lots of info about LWB horn grills with cutouts, but not much on SWB cutouts. Does anyone have any detailed pictures or templates for the SWB large grills?

    Thanks,

    Thomas

I couldnt even find what the originals for SWB ones looked like up close in pics, so i looked at what the LWB ones looked like, and made my own.

the grills are not exact replicas, but look good all the same. I thought the oem lwb ones looked all hacked and gnarled with uneven and ugly cuts. so i decided to go with a cleaner look that complements the shape of the lights, as opposed to being just being big hacked out holes. it gives them a natural, recessed look.

I have documented and how to modify horn grills for through the grill fog lights with pics of the templates, and how i did it with the templates a dremmel, and masking tape.

you can see on the bottom one where it is marked to have a hole for the foot/mount.

The actual mount i used for the lights themselves are just a steel bar that was bent, formed and attaches down using the same bolts where the bumper mounts, just under the bumper brackets.

I *might* still have the grill templates too... i made my best effort to not throw em away just incase someone else might need em. I am not 100% sure wheer they are though I cannot garuntee anything, but i will try to look this weekend for them too. if i have them, i will try to make copies for you. 3 templates, one for each bar. one side is right (as you can see labeled on the pic) and flip it over and you have you left template.. BTW, thanks for all the kind coments! Alot of work and thought went into doing them. they arent like the originals, but the best i could do with out any pics of originals to reference or even any of the LWB ones in person to compare with.

FWIW, i am using the one that i buy of a pelican member. It mounted to the grill it self. it's look good but i think the one that mount from the inside would be more rigid and feel more solid.
