    902/1 Trnasmission

I have a box that I need to rebuild and it is marked 901/1

It is not marked 902/01 just /1.

The list that Im have shows all 902 boxes were 4 speed but this is definitely a 5 speed.

    Serial Number is 229857.

I suspect it is from a US spec 911L but I am not 100% sure.

    Any ideas/info?

    Thanks

    Chris

Chris - the transmission serial number can be broken down as follows:

    2 - 110bhp 6-cylinder engine
    2 - 5-speed
    9 - 1969 model year
    857 - serial number
