Shrews a great car and a great guy who sold it, and most likely a great buyer too I am glad the car stayed in the US and most happy in Texas.

I showed the picks of the car to Manfred Kremer, he is a good friend of mine, and was most impressed. I did have the chance to buy it, but some times its not the right time.

Congrats on your new baby and I will try to stop by next week to see it in person.

Thank you guys for all the kind comments. Shrews and I communicated about his 72 ST build about a year ago, but it was a surprise when he expressed interest in buying the Kremer ST. He also has a 70S and Carrera RS, so the car has gone to a true enthusiast. Mike's pic of the Martini RSR being loaded brought back some good memories...from May 07 during his first visit...when the Kremer project was in a local shop beginning its journey. I hinted to Shrews to be careful about his enthusiasm in making additions...it can be a slippery slope...just take a look at Mike's thread to see what can happen. (be prepared to spend hours)

Last year (2014) PCA asked for pictures of various 911s to be submitted for the celebration of 50 years of the 911. I sent in a couple, and did not hear back. I don't know how this picture got included or whether it was really selected, probably just listed all who were submitted...it's not a great 'art shot'...but click the link to see the Kremer ST on my pasture grass...a sister photo to this one. If you click the arrow to the left for the previous one you will see my 964 parked at the Monterey Hyatt during an R Gruppe gathering.

James has the car at Moorespeed who are re-installing and tuning the high butterfly injection, along with other changes.

Great shot. Good to see the car again and chat in the Gruppe parking lot.

    Shrews,

Love that ocean shot! Great to spend some time with you...and see the car again. It got lots of attention at the track...'is this the real one..or that other one under the canopy?'

Shrews...It's good to hear you're using it on the track. Here is the first time (2009) it saw track time in New Mexico. Hope you have many more 'fun' track days with it.

This is what Shrews' engine bay looks like now....HBs with a Mark Jung rebuilt pump for the 2.5L SS, tuned by Moorespeed of Austin, TX.

Here are some shots of Shrews driving at CoTA mixing it with some McLarens, Ferraris, and GT3 RSs after his Ferrari gave up the ghost in the 2nd session. He took the Kreme ST out to see what it could do...

Makes me feel like a proud parent watching his kid in the arena...
