    WTB: Single Centerlube Cam Housing

I need a single center-lube cam housing for an early 1965 911 motor.
    Thanks

    center lube housing

I could be wrong, but I can't see any difference between a right and left. The part number is also the same 911.105.111.03
It shouldn't have a spray bar inside and oil fittings on the housing.

    Thanks

    Casey

Hello: The early cam housings have a 901 part number. The difference is where the plug is installed. You can change the plug location. The early housings have 6 top studs and 6 bottom studs. Hope this helps. Thanks, Eric

    I checked the one's I have, ranging from 64 - 65 and they differ.

The 64 is central lube w/o a cast number on the outside but on the inside. The 65 (central lube as well) does have the casting number on the outside.

I can not tell wether left and right are interchangeable (but I do think so).

    Which one do you need??

BTW I have also learned that there are at least 2 versions of the Alu lower covers.

    Regards,

    Richard
