Origin of Weber spare parts kit / box

This box came w/ my car (SWB 911). Does any one have some information about the origin of these boxes?

    Regards,

    Richard

Buy a Weber master rebuild kit, it used to come in that box.

Yep, I have several of those boxes storing small parts. I got mine way back in the 80's when I rebuilt several pairs of carbs. I wonder if they still use them.
