Looks like just a handful of true '65's with sunroofs built prior to 7/31/65.
    Less than 20.

I just joined from Toronto. I traded my 65 factory sunroof 911 sn# 302118 for an A110 Berlinette 1600S back in the early 90s - I wonder who has it now?

302262 build date 9-10-65 has an electric sunroof per the Kardex. No mention of Golde either. Can anyone enlighten me on the difference between a sunroof and an electric sunroof as noted on a Kardex ? Is it just a question of how detailed the entries were on the Kardex, or were some sunroofs manual and some electric on the early cars? Thanks.

I think that the majority were Golde electric sunroof, but the written description was lacking the whole description. I see a lot of short cuts taken in the options listed, and many ways of naming the option. Some sunroofs are not even listed on the Kardex. Quite a few RHD cars are not listed as such, but I suppose it is assumed from the country of delivery. Some options are described in cryptic wording. That is one reason I send a file of translations with every Kardex; and the list is expanded almost every month.
